Delivery Policy

You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by You is to be made, is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by You (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information or non-availability of recipient), any extra cost incurred by the Company for re-delivery shall be claimed from You and You shall bear such expenses. Further, the Company shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to any mishandling of any third-party delivery services provider in transit.

If the Company is unable to deliver such ordered products due to any reason, the Company will refund such amount through the same online mode of payment made by You or will give credit in the form of deposit in Your account for the amount received from the sale of such product, that could not be delivered to You, within 90 (ninety) business days.

You will be required to enter a valid phone number, email id while placing an order on the Website. By registering Your phone number with us, You consent to be contacted by the Company via phone calls and / or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. The Company may use Your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS’ unless expressly denied by the User.

Product Description

We have made every effort to display the products on the Website as accurately as possible and as per applicable law. However, we cannot guarantee that product description will accurately reflect the product on delivery. Packaging of the product may slightly vary from that displayed on the website.

V. Warranty

Limited Warranty Policy

All Zeus bikes are sold exclusively through our network of authorized Dealers who we entrust with professional assembly and service of your Bikes.

For the lifetime of the original owner

The Bike Frame (Unless accidental)

For six months

Fork (Rigid & Suspension) unless accidental

All original Components and accessories, except consumable such as tires and Inner tubes.

Labour charges for part replacement or changeover.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty. All labour charges for warranty service, including the transfer of components and/or any installation of new components, are the responsibility of the cycle’s owner. Incase of any accidental damage or wear & tear impairment after sometime using the cycle the customer might have to pay for the replacement of some parts and components.

Original Proof of purchase is required.

Caution: The following exclusion applies to all models

All mechanical parts other than frame are covered under this limited warranty only with respect to any manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty is void if the Zeus bike is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.

Please Note: Neon Colours Neon colours let our bikes really stand out. All bikes at Zeus are given with an extra protective ‘Top-Coat’ to protect the colours from UV rays but please be aware that neon colours may lose part of their intensity when exposed to direct sunlight over a longer period.

Therefore, we suggest not to expose the bikes unnecessarily to direct sunlight.

Should the bikes be on display, it is recommended either to use UV sun protection foil for the display windows or not to put them directly at the sunny place.

We ask for your understanding that warranty does not apply to colour fading.

Not covered under this warranty are the following:

• Normal wear of parts that are subject to wear like bearings, chainrings/sprockets, tyres

• Incorrect assembly or in combination with other products that are not compatible

• Insufficient maintenance, tampering, misuse, and neglect

• Items damaged as a result of the bicycle being involved in an accident or crash

• Damage caused by vandalism or theft

• Damage due to chemicals, improper storage and parking.

• Zeus bikes used for following activities

1.Used in any competitive sport

2.Used for stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics or similar activity

3.Modified in any way

4.Rented, sold, or given away
